TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General booking conditions
These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with Delle Vittorie. Please read this document carefully, as it defines your respective rights and obligations.
In these Booking Conditions, the terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to all the names on the booking (including any names added or replaced at a later date). "We" and "our" refer to Delle Vittorie Accomodation. "Suppliers" refers to any third party that may provide transportation, accommodation, or any other services directly contracted with you.
- Your Booking
By making a booking, the person making the booking confirms that they agree to these Booking Conditions and is responsible for any payments due to us.
We will confirm your stay (subject to availability) by sending you a confirmation email. Please carefully review your booking confirmation and contact us if it appears incomplete or incorrect. A credit card will be required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to provide a credit card at the time of booking, you will be asked for a deposit via bank transfer in the confirmation email. If either of the two required guarantee conditions is not met, DELLE VITTORIE reserves the right not to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.

- Your Contract:
The contract is in existence when we send you the booking confirmation. This contract is governed by Italian law, and the parties agree that any disputes will be subject to Italian law. - The cost of your stay
: Delle Vittorie Accomodation reserves the right to increase or decrease rates at any time. The price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of your booking. From the moment your booking is confirmed (subject to errors and omissions), the price of your stay will not change. The confirmed rate will not include local tourist taxes pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree No. 23/2011. Payment of these taxes must be made locally at the same time as the payment for the booked services. For those exempt from paying the tourist tax, please refer to Chapter D (Exemptions) art. 4 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree. We reserve the right to correct any errors, both in the advertised and confirmed prices. We will update prices as soon as we become aware of the error. Please note that errors and changes may occasionally occur. We recommend that you check the price of your chosen stay at the time of booking. - Changes made by you:
If you wish to make changes to your reservation, you must notify us by contacting our reservations center at +39 091 335453 or by email at prenotazione@bbdellevittorie.it . Delle Vittorie cannot guarantee that it will be able to accommodate all your change requests. Certain changes may be considered cancellations and therefore subject to a penalty (see point 5 of this document). - Cancellations made by you
Your cancellation notice will be effective only if made to our Reservations Center by phone at 091 335453 – Mobile 3348854473 or email: info@bbdellevittorie.it.
If you cancel after the free cancellation period of 7 days (Refundable rate) or 1 day (Super Flexible rate) before arrival, you will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay.
Failure to cancel within the indicated timeframe and/or a no-show will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay.
There may be particularly advantageous rate plans with more restrictive cancellation policies or higher penalties, equal to up to 100% of the value of the stay itself.
This penalty will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
- Changes and cancellations made by us
Delle Vittorie reserves the right, where strictly necessary, to make changes or correct errors on the website and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. In this case, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. If there is the opportunity and time necessary to make arrangements before your stay begins, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following alternatives:- (for significant changes) accept the modified conditions
- an alternative stay proposed by us, with similar or higher standards and conditions than the one originally booked, or
- Cancel the reservation, in which case any payments already made to us will be refunded. Please note that the alternatives proposed above do not apply if the changes are minor.
- Force Majeure.
Except as expressly provided in these Booking Conditions, we are not responsible for any additional costs or expenses you incur (as detailed in Section 9) or if your use of our services, in whole or in part, is limited due to a "force majeure" event. In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event that we or our service providers could not foresee or avoid, despite all due care. This includes acts of war or the like, riots, civil wars, terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or any other event beyond our control. - Our Responsibility to You
: Delle Vittorie intends to provide the services you book with the utmost care. We will be responsible for any shortcomings occurring during your stay if the cause is attributable to a breach by us or our employees (if they were acting within their powers and duties as employees). However, it will be your responsibility to prove that there was a breach on our part if you wish to make a complaint. We will not be liable for illness, injury, death, loss of any personal effects, damage, or additional costs in any of the following cases: - due to your personal lack/negligence
- for failures attributable to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service or stay, failures which could not have been foreseen or avoided, or
- due to an event or circumstance which we or the provider of the service in question could not have foreseen or avoided, despite having applied the utmost care
- due to the lack of some third party that is not directly involved in providing services on our behalf.
Furthermore, we will not be liable for any failure to enjoy your stay due to your failure to communicate any important information in this regard at the time of booking or not included in the booking contract.
In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included in the contract.
- Problems and Complaints:
If you have any reason to complain or report a problem, please inform the service staff immediately. Many problems can be resolved quickly. If you are still dissatisfied, please write to: info@bbdellevittorie.it - booking
, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full and immediate payment for any damage or loss caused will be required directly to the Delle Vittorie management or the service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be liable for any legal action brought against you and will be required to pay in full, including our legal fees and those of any third parties involved.
By booking, you agree to respect the times, regulations, and warnings established by DELLE VITTORIE to ensure order, peace, and efficiency in providing service to users.
- General Terms and Conditions for Suppliers:
Some of the services included in your holiday are offered by suppliers independent of the hotel. These suppliers provide these services according to their own general terms and conditions. Copies of these terms and conditions, where available, can be provided upon request by Delle Vittorie or the supplier. - Special Requests and Health Issues:
Any special requests must be made at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to accommodate all reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met. We cannot accept bookings that specify a specific condition requiring compliance with a special request. All bookings will be treated as "standard" bookings subject to the above special requests provisions.
If you have any health problems or disabilities that may affect your holiday, please notify us before confirming your booking. If we reasonably believe we cannot accommodate your specific needs, we reserve the right to decline your booking or, if such information is not provided at the time of booking, it will not be considered thereafter. - Travel Documents:
You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be reimbursed if, due to incorrect travel documents, you are unable to complete your stay, and we will not be responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result.
General information
Delle Vittorie reserves the right to modify or not provide additional services, even if booked. Where possible, you will be informed of any changes before your stay begins.
Breakfast:
DELLE VITTORIE provides a traditional breakfast. The term "Bed & Breakfast" means that breakfast is the only meal included in the price. If you have any special breakfast requests, please let us know before your trip so we can better organize your breakfast buffet, although we cannot guarantee that your requests will always be met.
In the event of COVID-19 restrictions (RED/ORANGE ZONE), breakfast is not included in the price.
Rooms and Services :
The accommodation types assigned are exactly those requested in the reservation. In the event of unexpected and unforeseen unavailability of the reserved accommodation type upon your arrival, our booking team will assign you a higher category. If renovations are underway during your stay, it may be necessary to temporarily close common areas or suspend some services. Accommodation units can be located anywhere on the property; the floor or location cannot be reserved in advance.
Please note that quadruple rooms may be a combination of single or double beds or a sofa bed. Some rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed or crib.
The extra bed, upon request, and where possible, has an additional cost;
A cot for infants aged 0-3 years is available free of charge upon request. Since cribs are limited, it is advisable to request one at the time of booking.
The maximum number of cots allowed in a room is 1.
Check-in : The accommodation will be available from 1:00 PM.
Check-out: The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:30 am.
Parking:
Parking is available at €20.00 per day. Due to limited spaces, reservations are required, subject to availability.
Free for children:
- All children under 3 years stay free of charge (sleeping in parents' bed).
- All children under 2 years stay free of charge (in a cot).
Pets: not allowed
Tourist Attractions :
The information on our website is current at the time of publication. Our website descriptions refer to activities and sites available in the area you are visiting. We are not responsible for these activities, as they are not managed, supervised, or controlled by us. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided regarding these activities or the holiday areas you are visiting. Furthermore, we are not responsible for activities not included in our contract, even if we suggest them or assist you in booking them.
If you believe that some of the activities mentioned on our website, but not covered by our contract, are important to your enjoyment of your holiday, please write to us immediately and we will provide you with updated information.
